Rodeo Queen

The winner will be crowned on Saturday, May 5th, 2012 during the 2pm performance,

Applications are now open for Pioneer Days Rodeo Queen for 2012. Entry forms are listed below for download in PDF format.

In order to be eligible to compete, please submit the following:

Completed Application Form
Completed Release of Liability Form
A photo copy of your valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
Two 8 X 10 head and shoulder black & white or color photographs (including a cowboy hat)
$150 entry fee

Please put all of these together in a manila envelope and mail them all at one time, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Must be postmarked by April 1, 2012

After receiving the application, a packet will be mailed to each contestant.
